Pharmacy Assistant
Role Overview & Responsibilities
We currently have a vacancy for a full-time Pharmacy Assistant in Penmans Pharmacy, 2 Eglington Street, Beith, Ayrshire, KA15 1AQ
Successful applicants will be expected to work between the Pharmacy counter and the dispensary. Experience in this field is not essential as the correct candidate will be given full on the job training. A full clean driving licence would be beneficial to the role but is not necessary.
The successful candidate would be required to work Monday-Friday 9am-5.30pm.
Pharmacy Assistant Main Duties
- Serving Customers
- Ordering Stock
- Checking orders and putting away stock
- Selling over the counter medicines
- Housekeeping
- Cash Handling
- Assembling prescriptions
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Schedule:
- Monday to Friday
COVID-19 considerations:
Permanent Covid screens and full range of PPE available
Work Location: One location
