Commercial / Minor Works Groundworker

Role Overview & Responsibilities

We are looking for an operative to work on our commercial projects/minor works projects throughout Yorkshire. We are looking for someone to carry out works on hospitals, schools, commercial buildings and domestic properties. Competitive rates of pay, dependent on experience.

Must have CSCS card, plant tickets desirable. Driving license preferred.

The role would entail;

• Carry out excavations for foundations, drains, ducting.
• Concreting to external slabs and internal floors and concrete finishing.
• Excavate footpaths, drives etc depth, set out levels, lay sub base and kerbs, paving, concrete areas, block paving, tarmac etc. to set levels/contours.
• Construct walling and steps as required.
• New build extensions and adaptions.
• Set out and construct ramps for disabled access to properties.
• Breakout existing and relay concrete slabs.

Salary: £14.00-£19.00 per hour

Licence/Certification:

• CSCS (preferred)
• Driving Licence (preferred)
