Role Overview & Responsibilities

Great opportunity to be part of our Maintenance team at the Macdonald Linden Hall Hotel, Spa & Golf.

Part- time 24hr contract available - main area of role painting and grouting with some other general tasks.

Our Maintenance Assistants are hardworking individuals who can work on their own initiative and are key players within our maintenance teams.

Linden Hall is located only 30 minutes away from Newcastle and close to the A1. It has 50 bedrooms, spa and golf along with a conference suite and lounges

This role is mainly painting along with grouting and silicone work and you should have a good general understand as to how to complete those tasks. On occasions you may be asked to do a broad range of maintenance tasks within a customer focused business. You will be able to demonstrate sound problem solving skills and a commitment to delivering our core standards, providing our guests with a great stay every time.

• To deal with all maintenance requests promptly, giving priority to those areas affecting the service or facilities for guests
• To attend to maintenance requests from other departments as and when required at times
• To follow a painting plan and complete areas as are required including grouting and silicone work in bathrooms

Job Types: Part-time, Permanent
Part-time hours: 24 per week

Pay: £11.00 per hour
