Production Team Leader, based in Ashby De La Zouch!

14:00hrs - 22:00hrs

£11.00 p/h, paid weekly!

Overtime rate paid at time & half plenty overtimes available throughout the year

We are the UK’s Leading independent contract packer. Supporting international and aspirational brands that operate within a variety of sectors, our co-Packing Services have been developed to take the customers product from concept to consumer and include bagging, Flow wrapping, shrink sleeving, Gift-Set assembly, promotional packaging design and supply. We work on all size of projects, from short runs to all year-round projects.

Job Responsibilities

• Maintaining a safe working environment for all staff members,
• Ensure all paperwork and systems are completed and accurate in accordance with company procedures.
• Effectively lead your team through strong leadership and motivation to achieve outstanding performance
• Assist in the training and development of new starters
• Delegate tasks and solve problems swiftly
• Keep everything tidy and clean, on the shop floor and behind the scenes
• Maintains safety standards in line with company polices
• Ensure manufacturing equipment is maintained and safety check adhered to
