Social Media Marketer

Working hours: 8 hours/day

Working Days: 1 Day/week

Location: London Office E16

Remuneration: £10.55 per hour

ABOUT COMPANY:

Maplin Engineering provides state-of-the-art design, engineering, business planning, multidisciplinary consulting, project management, and construction management services to customers in infrastructure, oil, gas, industrial, education, healthcare, leisure, and commercial sectors.

We are looking for a Social Media Marketer to join our team of professionals.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

· Build and manage the company’s social media profiles and presence, including Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, and additional channels that may be deemed relevant

· Create shareable content appropriate for specific platforms to drive traffic and customer engagement

· Post 2-3 times a day, reply to comments, advertise in groups

· Write some articles or testimonials.

· Monitor and engage in relevant social discussions about our company, competitors, and/or industry, both from existing leads and customers as well as from brand new audiences

· Run regular social promotions and campaigns and track their success

· Track, measure, and analyze all initiatives to report on social media

KNOWLEDGE, EXPERIENCE, AND SKILL:

· Bachelor’s degree in marketing or relevant degree

· Familiarity with online marketing channels

· Up to date with the latest digital technologies and social media trends with a command of each network and their best practices

· Creative thinker

· Excellent communication skills

· Good grasp on English/content writing

· Someone with previous internship experience who is knowledgeable about content writing and marketing.

Job Type: Part-time
Part-time hours: 8 per week

Salary: £10.55 per hour

• London: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (required)
