Private care employer for our Daughter

I am looking for a carer for my daughter (37 years old) who has Down Syndrome and Autism. We are looking for someone who is able to work Monday to Friday from 09.30-17.30, however we are willing to be flexible for the right person.

My daughter requires assistance for many aspects of her life, including personal care. With that being said, she has the ability to undertake many tasks and activities under supervision.

My daughter has a quirky and vibrant personality. She loves to joke around and has a great sense of humour. Her life is very active as she enjoys constant stimulation. Some of her favourite hobbies include arts and crafts, swimming, going to the cinema and music/dancing. She also enjoys using public transport.

My daughter is enrolled in a college/day centre 3 days a week and also a drama class once a week. You will need to accompany her to both of these activities.

We are looking for someone fun and energetic who can build a friendship with my daughter.

We live in Bushey, near Watford. The nearest underground to us is Stanmore and Overground is Bushey.
