Trainee Client Accountant

Role Overview & Responsibilities

Our Head Office is the heartbeat of Marsh & Parsons, and we are looking for an organised, numbers focus individual to join our Client Accounts Team.

As a Trainee Client Account, you will be exposed to all financial transactions across our incredibly busy Lettings department. You play a crucial part in supporting our internal office network and provide informed advice to clients regarding all financial queries.

As a successful Client Accountant, you will be confident on excel and quick to learn new systems. Working under pressure, to tight deadlines won’t faze you, and exceptional customer service is at the forefront of every client interaction that you have.

Skills and experience:

• High level of numerical accuracy and attention to detail
• Strong customer-service skills
• Good communication skills both verbal and written
• Good organisation and time management skills
• Intermediate Excel skills
• Knowledge of the Lettings and Property Management industry
• Familiar with client accounting software

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Salary: £23,000.00-£25,000.00 per year

Schedule:

• 8 hour shift
• Monday to Friday

Ability to commute/relocate:

• London: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (required)
