The Role:

• Acting as the main point of contact for the company's import or export customers
• Liaising with agents overseas
• Booking haulage
• Responding to any queries or RFI's within departmental KPI's
• Advising customers of any delays to their cargo and providing solutions to any issues they may have
• Complete bookings and processing any amendments
• Dealing with invoice queries

The ideal candidate:

• Previous experience of shipping/logistics/freight would be ideal but not essential
• Strong customer service background
• Confident communicator
• Team player
• Eager to learn and able to work well in a fast paced environment

Salary: £21,000.00-£32,000.00 per year
