Accounts Assistant – Sunderland (SR5)
Maxim FM are recruiting!
We have an exciting opportunity to join our fantastic finance team as a key time accounts assistant.
Requirements:
- AAT level 2 / or relevant experience knowledge.
- Reliable and hardworking.
- Knowledge of Sage 50 Cloud.
- IT literate with a good knowledge of Microsoft packages and products.
Duties (including but not limited to):
- Daily updating of spreadsheets.
- Raising customer invoices.
- General Admin tasks.
- Matching invoices and order numbers.
- Budgets vs actual reports.
- Ad hoc duties as and when required.
Working 3 days per week (flexible).
