Role Overview & Responsibilities

We are looking for enthusiastic and experienced Servers to join us at Maxwell's Bar and Grill!

Based in the iconic Covent Garden, we are a high volume and extremely energetic venue famous for our Burgers, Freakshakes and outstanding hospitality.

Being a family friendly restaurant in the day and a cocktail hotspot at night our ideal candidate will have excellent people skills and be able to quickly adapt to different situations.

Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

-To have an enthusiastic, energetic, and welcoming approach to hospitality.

-To deliver outstanding guest experience to each and every table.

-To have a full knowledge of our menu, and to be able to passionately deliver honest and educated recommendations to your tables.

-To be confident in accommodating guests who suffer from allergies.

-To respond immediately and professionally to any issues that may arise on your tables, and to ensure these are directly relayed to your supervisor or manager on shift.

-To be able to perform drinks and food running duties as required.

-To ensure hygiene standards in the restaurant are maintained throughout the shift.

-To be proficient in the use of the till system.

-To ensure guests bills are correctly printed and appropriately paid.

-To be prompt and prepared for every shift.

-To be available to work a variety of shifts, including weekends. We will happily try to accommodate any external activities or studies that you require time off for.

-To be confident to independently set up the restaurant prior to the venue opening.

-To attend any meetings or training sessions arranged or required.

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Salary: £13.00-£15.00 per hour
