Role Overview & Responsibilities

Mayfair Casino Ltd Operates London's friendliest casino. We acquired our first casino, Horizons in Leicester Square in 2018; Horizons was the original casino in Leicester Square, and has operated there for over 30 years. We continually seek to deliver and improve upon our guests’ experience; along with looking after our team! We are looking for a Gaming Waiter or Waitress to join us!

This will be a dual role, serving on the Gaming Floor and in the Bar on allocated shifts.

Main Duties include:

• To provide a friendly, courteous and professional service at all times
• To ensure good communication with all your colleagues and superiors
• To maintain complete knowledge of all food and beverages
• To clear and reset tables on the Casino Floor
• To maintain the overall cleanliness and hygiene of the Casino Floor
• To carry out any reasonable requests made by the Head Chef
• To be on the floor in uniform and well groomed for the start of your shift
• To be in full uniform at all times whilst on duty
• To report any customer complaints to the Manager on duty
• To be competent in the use of the Tevalis system at all stages of service (training given)
• To restock and maintain the cleanliness of the still room
• To complete cleaning schedules

Bar Duties

• To ensure that bar is stocked to par levels at allocated times
• Ensure standardisation and consistent beverage preparation, presentation and quality
• Ensure order of bar and cleanliness in accordance to health and safety regulations
• Encourage team work and communication with bartenders and waiting team members
• To provide a friendly, courteous and professional service at all times
• To maintain Company standards at all times
• Opening and closing procedures
• Carry out any reasonable request made by Management
• To adhere to all legal requirements and procedures set by banking institutions and credit card companies.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Salary: £22,521.00 per year
