Grocery Shopping Co-ordinator (Part-Time)

Role Overview & Responsibilities

We're looking for a Grocery Shopping Co-ordinator to assist in ensuring every customer order runs as smoothly as possible, from the second a customer place an order on our website, to the moment their shopping is delivered.

Responsibilities

• Working via our ecommerce platform, you’ll process and fulfill customer orders, plan shopping activties, liasie with shoppers as well as stores.
• Assist in ensuring that all orders dropped at the warehouse are accurate
• Following up on out-of-stock items
• Provide online customer service via email, mobile and WhatsApp

Experience and Requirements

• Awareness of ecommerce platoform such as shopify, Amazon or ebay.
• Experience in shopping online from UK grocery stores.

Proficient in the use of Microsoft and google docs

• A keen attention to detail and passion for great customer service.
• Willing to learn and operate new technology

Job Type: Freelance

Pay: £10.50-£11.00 per hour
