Hours : Mon - Fri 08.30 - 17.30HRS

MCL Logistics is experiencing an extended period of growth as a result of our continued business success and growth through acquisition.

ROLE AND RESPONSIBILITIES

1. You will be part of our Export Operations Team who are responsible for handling all Export consignments travelling on our own European services along with dealing with the customs aspect of the role.

This will involve processing: -

 Booking of new jobs on our in house system

 Creating Export declarations to HM Customs via our in house customs system

 Liaising with Exporters to obtain information and documentation

 Co-operate with overseas agents to assist with their customs formalities

 Working with our accounts dept to collect import taxes & fees from customers

Working with subcontractors

2. You will be someone who enjoys working as part of a team.

3. Good computer skills, problem solving and being able to multi task are expected.

4. Strong administration and organizational skills, a positive attitude and a good memory are essential for this role.
