Mortuary - Anatomical Pathology Technician

Mediplacements are looking to recruit an Anatomical Pathology Technician for a locum position with our client in West Yorkshire

The pay for this position is £25-£29 per hour, and we are looking for someone who can start as soon as possible for a 2-3 month duration.

Job Description

• 37.5 Hours p/week, Mon - Fri 8.00am- 4.00pm, some forensic on-call available
• Assisting pathologists at post mortem with evisceration techniques and the taking of post mortem samples.
• Reconstruction of deceased
• Standard and high risk cases
• Receipt and release of deceased
• Cleaning of the post mortem room
• General cleaning of the mortuary facilities
• Day to day running of the mortuary facilities
• Forensic Post Mortems

To be considered for this role, it is essential that you hold a Certificate, Diploma or RSPH Level 3/4 Diploma in Healthcare Science (Anatomical Pathology Technology)
