As a valued member in our Night team you are responsible for looking after our Guests and Hotel throughout the nights whilst offering an incredible hello and goodbye to everyone. Together with your team, you ensure that guests do not forget their experience at Mercure London Bridge hotel. You are visible in our lobby and you enjoy telling our guests everything about the hotel and the Southbank area. Aside from your regular responsibilities, such as welcoming guests at check in and saying see you and check out, answering guest queries you run the hotel closure and produces financial reporting, are responsible for the hotel once the daytime managers are off duty, handles any guest complaints and/or remarks by providing a response as soon as possible and ensures the safety of property and people.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Salary: £25,938.12 per year
