Role Overview & Responsibilities

We are looking for a Pharmacy Dispenser to join our community pharmacy in Leeds (LS28):

Salary: From £11.00 per hour
Contract length: Permanent
Hours: Flexible shift pattern across Monday – Sunday 07:00 – 23:00
Benefits include: 20% colleague discount, Death in Service benefit, Employee Assistance Programme As a Pharmacy Dispenser , you will join our fantastic team to provide patients with Medication-related and healthy lifestyle advice while also assisting with the Pharmacy’s smooth operation. You will ideally have at least 2 Years experience in pharmacy, enjoy hitting targets and be a great team player who can also work on their own.

As a Pharmacy Dispenser, we will be looking for you to respond to questions in a sensitive and professional manner whilst remaining welcoming and friendly to all customers. Our pharmacy supports on a wide range of services , including; Allergy Tests , Vaccination services, Blood pressure Monitoring, Ear, Nose and Throat ( ENT) Care and many other services … No two days will be the same, come join our pharmacy community.

Pharmacy Dispenser Skills and Experience:
Must hold an NVQ Level 2 Dispensing assistants Course qualification or equivalent.
Minimum 2 years experience in a Pharmacy environment
Comfortable working with IT systems
Fantastic attention to detail and ability to prioritise tasks and workload
Excellent communication skills
Familiar with technology-based service delivery is desirable
