Are seeking to recruit the following:

EMPLOYMENT SUPPORT COACH

Working Across Liverpool, Sefton, and Knowsley Areas

Salary: £24,417 p.a. – £27,850 p.a. - MYA Grade 5 – Pt. 17-20

Hours: 35

Fixed Term Funded to 31st December 2023

The successful candidate will deliver effective and personalised pathways into employment, education, or training, leading young people aged 16-29yrs into positive destinations, who have not been in education, training, or work for over 12 months and present with multiple and complex needs

Ideally you will bring experience to the team working within a targeted environment and will possess confidence to deliver on a one-to-one basis, group sessions, interventions and be comfortable to deliver sessions on digital platforms.

The successful candidate must have a recognised IAG qualification at least to NVQ Level 3.
