Laundry Assistant

Would you like to make a positive contribution to benefit older people?

As part of a dedicated team, you will wash, dry, iron and repair laundry items for residents.

Previous experience is desirable but not essential, but your respect for older people and willingness to undertake training is more important.

At Hafan y Waun, we provide residential dementia care for our 90 residents, in purpose-built, en suite accommodation.

With sea views of Aberystwyth, it’s wonderfully calm and welcoming space, designed for people living with dementia. It’s safe, reassuring and as easy to navigate as possible, enabling us to provide personalised care in a warm, supportive and friendly environment.
