Automotive Service Advisor

Large independent shop looking for an experienced Service Writer.

Job Description:

The Service Writer is responsible for sales, communicating with technicians, consistent, timely and accurate service of customers vehicles by working with a high-performance team. Accurate Repair Orders conforming to BAR Standards. Enthusiasm and selling skills are necessary to increase sales, based on recommending and selling only what the customer needs.

We are looking for a qualified individual with the following attributes:

*The ability to take a technical concept and put it into laymans terms so the customer can easily understand the concept.

*Attention to detail - accuracy of repair orders.

*Outgoing personality

*Willingness to adapt to new concepts and the industry changes.

*Min. 5 years of experience

*Good Computer and software skills including but not limited to Alldata, Mitchell 1, and Maxx Traxx a plus.

Pay: Base 60K plus commission
