Kitchen Assistant/ Cook
We are looking for an enthusiastic person to join our small kitchen team. You will ensure the kitchen runs smoothly by maintaining high levels of cleanliness, supporting the head chef during service, fulfilling catering orders and prepping the kitchen for daily service.
Key responsibilities
- A good understanding of all aspects of the kitchen
- Confident in kitchen porter duties
- Assisting head chef in daily service
- Willingness to learn how to run the kitchen in head chefs absence
About you
- 1 + year of kitchen experience
- Knowledge of HACCP & COSHH
- L2 food and hygiene certificate
Monday - Friday
Day time hours 20-25 per week.
Living wage.
Job Type: Part-time
Salary: Β£9.90 per hour
Schedule:
- Monday to Friday
Work Location: One location
