Customer Service - Out of Hours

Role Overview & Responsibilities

Working Hours - 40 hours per week based on a 4 on 4 off week rota.

Due to increased business growth an opportunity has arisen for a customer advisor to join our operations team at our centre in Bury.

Your Role will be: -

• Responding to customer queries
• Logging device breakdown information on our system
• To react to emergency breakdowns as required
• Liaise with internal departments to provide accurate up to date information
• Record and update asset data information across internal systems

Our ideal candidate:

• Previous customer service experience
• Good level of computer literacy
• Good communication skills
• Experience of data inputting or administration duties
