Role Overview & Responsibilities

We are Smart Repairs Company which focuses on bathrooms and other household surface repairs, from Bath tubs to wood flooring or marble worktops.

The role consists of taking enquiries and logging and closing and booking jobs for the technicians in their respective areas.

You will be dealing with clients questions and finding a date for their job and scheduling it and noting all the information down and then compiling a job packet.

You will also be required to deal with customer service duties, general questions, perhaps there was an issue with a repair, a complaint etc.

We need someone who is a motivated seller but also able to deal with clients in a professional and caring manner.

You will be able to work from home and we also give bonuses for production targets being met. We are already span across England and go into Wales and have plans to go UK wide this year.

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Salary: £9.50-£10.00 per hour

Schedule:

• Monday to Friday
• Weekend availability

Supplemental pay types:

• Bonus scheme
