Role Overview & Responsibilities

Mindfulpets is a reputable company that has been focusing on quality service for more than 10 years. Mindfulpets' philosophy is to treat dogs with great care. Dogs must spend quality time, expressing themselves and having fun.

Mindfulpets considers both the emotions the dog experiences and the way the dog thinks. This is fundamental in creating a trusting relationship with the dog.

It is a great responsibility to take care of other people's dogs and Mindfulpets is aware of the impact human emotions have on dog behaviour. For this reason, professionalism is a must for Mindfulpets.

Mindfulpets is seeking a highly motivated and ambitious individual who would like to develop a self-employed professional career working with dogs. We are looking for an assistant/dog walker and house sitter that can treat the dogs with knowledge, care and respect. Initially a part-time position will be offered.

DBS (Disclosure and Barring Service) and a couple of references are required.

The candidate will be trained. Some experience is welcome but not necessary.

Minimum age 25 years. We do not accept applications from students but only those who have a part-time job or a job that allows them to be flexible.
