Hours: Days, Nights & weekends

Hourly Rate: £14.31 per hour, increasing to £14.56 per hour after 6 months

What can we tell you about the role?

  • Delivering exemplary customer service to colleagues and guests
  • Proactively observe the reception area for opportunities to assist colleagues and guests
  • To deliver a safe and secure working environment in The Aon Centre
  • Protecting Aon's property, people and assets by providing security services in accordance with the site's Assignment Instructions and Standard Operating Procedures
  • To proactively monitor and administer Access System, to ensure the needs of colleagues and guests are met
  • To recognise and report and escalate any unusual behaviour immediately
  • To accurately report and record incidents or risks
  • Undertaking patrolling, X-ray scanning and emergency response procedures.

What do we want from you?

  • Have previous experience working in a corporate environment
  • Good communication skills
  • Passionate about delivery excellent service
  • Good computer skills
  • Have a good knowledge of geographical locations as the client is responsible for all offices within Europe, Middle East and Africa
