Role Overview & Responsibilities

We are looking for a number of customer service advisors for our logistics client based in Croydon.

We have both full and part time roles available.

The role involves;

- Dealing with customer complaints.

- Give customers information about products and services.

- Speaking to new and existing customers verifying details or orders.

- Liaising with drivers who have any issues when making deliveries.

Salary: £11.00-£13.00 per hour
