MEP Graduate / Trainee Project Manager (M&E)

JOB DESCRIPTION

MMP Consultancy currently have an opportunity for a MEP Graduate/ Trainee Project Manager to join a West London Council. This will be a full-time permanent role paying £27,000 - £30,000p/a Benefits.

This is a great opportunity for someone to gain experience working with a well developed M&E team.

Role purpose:

• Work as part of an internal client M&E team to meet project deadlines.
• Manage document control systems.
• Assist Senior Engineers to produce comments and review mechanical and electrical layouts.
• Assist Senior Engineers to manage M&E specifications and reports.
• Prepare reports for the client team.
• Utilise industry standard software.
• Review information in compliance with relevant design guidance, standards and inhouse company policies.
• Liaise with architects, structural engineers, MEP and other external design team members to complete tasks in a collaborative fashion.
• Attend site to report on installation progress.
• Support internal design team in co-ordinating external design team members.
• Attend meetings as required.
• Monitor programme activities.
• Liaise with residents.
