Role Overview & Responsibilities

Position

JOB MISSION

E-Business Logistics & Supply Planner plans and manages e-business (e-retail and e-commerce) logistics and supply processes including co-packing, inbound, warehousing, customs/tax and outbound scope. The person oversees the stock accuracy, the control of product flows and 3PL invoicing. E-Business Logistics & Supply Planner actively seeks of service and processes improvements in correlation with cost efficiency and contributes to existing and new projects. In this role, the E-Business Logistics & Supply Planner will also support in managing the logistics service provider relationships to secure logistics execution and match expected service level at defined costs.

RESPONSIBILITIES OF THE ROLE

Stock Management

  • Master Data setup (new SKU extension on SAP, MHUK products database management, etc.)
  • Stock accuracy – Ensure inventory reliability and accuracy (all types of product categories but mainly Finish Goods)
  • Management of all logistics flows related to e-retail and e-commerce:
o Inbound management – On-time in full stock landing at 3PL and retail boutiques, EDI checks, Physical and system stock discrepancies management
o Stock Transfer Orders management between MHUK plants including Inbound and landing management at e-commerce and e-retail plants
o Warehousing and Supply Management – Based on Forecast, set stock levels to maximize e-business sales and minimize inventory
o Returns and Claims management, Destruction, Customs and Tax
  • POSM management
o 3PL and MH Maisons Logistics Coordination
o Collaboration with Marketing, Demand Planning, Logistics, and Maisons
o On-time in full stock landing at 3PL, EDI checks, stock discrepancies management
o PO creation, monitoring and reporting to Finance
  • Management of co-packing activities including creation of BOM

Service Performance OTIF

  • Monitoring the Customers’ supply processes, identifying bottle necks and the root cause of potential failures.
  • Being the active part of the continues improvement process
  • Ensure the communication between internal stakeholders (demand planning, customer service, IT, sales...) and third-party logistics operations, monitor daily activities and alert if a problem arises
  • Collect and verify data and KPIs, participate in the periodic performance reviews with subcontractors to identify improvement actions to optimize costs and level of service.
  • Be the contact point for Quality Claims management with internal stakeholders, Maisons and customers.

Projects


  • Drive and support e-Retail/Com/POSM move from Staci to MHUK dedicated warehouse
  • E-commerce & Retail – Responsible for end-to-end process including operations strategy, best practices definition and implementation, etc.
  • IT projects – Identifying areas of improvement, coordinating projects and implementation
  • Support new products launches

Analysis and Reporting


  • Run e-business monthly reporting (stock position, goods in transit, stock movements, packaging usage, etc.)
  • Run the monthly consolidation and analysis of e-business KPIs (service, costs, efficiency of processes, etc).

Tools and processes


  • Actively contribute to projects by bringing expertise and commitment
  • Support for evolutions on tools, processes, models considering state of art
  • Formalize the know-how and documentation


Profile

Languages
  • Fluent in English, ideally with at least one additional European language. French is a plus.
Professional experience, technical skills & know how:
  • 1 to 3 years of experience in Supply Chain, Supply Planning, Logistics
  • Advanced Excel skills, creating simple and intuitive reports from a complex data
  • Advanced level of SAP knowledge
  • Strong analytical skills
  • Excellent attention to details
  • Able to multi-task, keeping on top of ongoing subjects or issues
Personal & interpersonal skills
  • Strong communication skills - ability to communicate with different people at all levels of the company – from customer service team members, sales team managers, warehouse staff to executive level
