Role Overview & Responsibilities

Monarch Healthcare are recruiting for Care Assistants to join our team at Clifton Manor Nursing and Clifton Manor Residential Home.

Monarch Healthcare is an established care provider. We provide care and nursing support for older people and people living with dementia. Rate of pay and hours: We offer a rate of pay above national minimum wage including increments for NVQ 2 and 3. Hours are available on Days or Nights, and you would be required to work on a rota basis, including some weekends and bank holidays.

The responsibilities of the Care Assistant role:

As a Care Assistant at Monarch Healthcare, you will provide person-centred care and support to people with all aspects of daily living. We are looking for people who are caring, understanding and passionate about supporting others. Previous experience as a Care Assistant is not essential as we will provide you with an induction and ongoing support and training.
