Role Overview & Responsibilities

We are currently searching for an experienced, friendly, and highly customer service orientated Server to join our team. The Server must be well-versed in all aspects of customer satisfaction including menu recall, food preparation and drinks knowledge. A personable individual who understands the importance of delivering quality service is the perfect fit for this position. A Server should also be well-versed in the day-to-day operations of a restaurant and possess strong people skills.

Responsibilities:

• Greet, seat and take orders from customers.
• Present food and beverages to customers in a timely manner.
• Handle complaints from guests.
• Handle food, beverage and promotional product inventory.
• Keep the dining room clean and tidy.
• Keep kitchen area clean and safe for employees and guests.
