Monkey Tree Holiday Park is an award winning caravan and camping holiday park, situated on the North Coast of Cornwall.

Monkey Tree Holiday Park are looking for a Pool Manager to join our team!

Our goal is to provide our guests with an exceptional holiday with memories that last a lifetime.

We are looking for a Pool Manager who will ensure a hygienic, safe and secure operation by operating the highest standards of customer service and team member’s effectiveness through adhering to all Company best practices and legal requirements.

As Pool Manager, you will be responsible for water quality, security, all team members, stock, customer care, equipment and health & safety.

The successful candidate will have previous experience in a similar role with an understanding of pool maintenance techniques, chemicals and equipment, you will need to hold a Pool Plant Operators Certificate or be available to complete your training prior to commencement of the role. A current First Person on Scene Award and a Recognised Lifeguard qualification are essential. Strong attention to detail and communication skills are essential to this role.

While this is our ideal list, we will consider candidates that do not necessarily have all the qualifications but have sufficient experience and talent.

The pay range for this position is between 28k- 35k dependant upon experience, which will be paid on an hourly rate.

Salary: £28,000.00-£35,000.00 per year
