Role Overview & Responsibilities

Are you passionate about childrenswear and looking to for a new challenge?

We are recruiting a passionate Sales Assistant.

You’ll be responsible for providing world class customer service, demonstrating exceptional product knowledge and building quality customer relationships to achieve business goals whilst being an ambassador for the Monnalisa brand.

You’ll demonstrate comprehensive knowledge of all products within the department and increase sales by selecting products to meet customer requirements.

As a natural at clienteling you will enjoy building relationships with your customers in order to drive repeat custom and achieve sales targets. Passionate about the market as a whole you will ideally have experience in luxury childrenswear or be able to detail thoroughly why this is an area that you want to move in to.

To be successful in this role you will be hands on in your approach to work with a positive outlook and ability to work well in teams.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Salary: £10.00-£11.50 per hour

Schedule:

• 8 hour shift

Supplemental pay types:

• Commission pay
• Performance bonus

• customer service: 1 year (preferred)
