Role Overview & Responsibilities

Monty & Payter is one of London's most innovative property development and design-and-build companies, and we're looking for a skilled, enthusiastic installation joiner to create high-end joinery in bespoke residential developments.

Your first project will be installing the joinery for a four-storey residential refurbishment, including shelving, bathroom vanities, storage, wardrobes, bedheads and more.

To be our ideal candidate, you'll need to

• Have really strong joinery skills (five years' experience minimum)
• Be reliable -- showing up on time, keeping to your commitments
• Collaborate well with site and project managers, workshop designers and other trades
• Have the skills to check workshop drawings for buildability, and delivered product against cutting lists
• Be able to swiftly and accurately install built-in furniture from delivered cutting lists
• Have your own transport and tools

The job is likely to be initially awarded on a day rate under CIS, but there's the potential to join as a full-time permanent employee at £60,000 a yearr.

Salary: £280.00-£330.00 per day
