Our client is looking for individuals with a background in Retail Sales to assist our customer acquisitions. In this role, you will be utilising your customer service and people skills to guide potential customers through the shopping process, from the initial greeting to the final purchase. By providing insight and support, you’ll help strengthen customer relationships and convert new patrons into repeat customers.

Sales Assistant Responsibilities

• Deliver exceptional service to customers, resulting in long-term brand loyalty
• Collaborate with coworkers to achieve sales goals through suggestive selling and special promotions
• Inform customers about product features and benefits, offering opinions and recommendations as appropriate
• Represent our clients with professionalism and enthusiasm
• Treat customers with respect and courtesy
