Trainee Sales Negotiator

Role Overview & Responsibilities

Mooved are looking for an organised, friendly, motivated person who is able to build strong rapport with people and work effectively as part of a team. Excellent communication skills are essential, in both written and spoken English.

Your responsibilities will include:

- Manage the incoming/outgoing calls & emails

- Organise & upload new stock to RightMove

- Book in and carry out viewings with potential buyers

- Make regular contact with buyers and sellers

- Progress sales with solicitors

- Generate new business through warm leads

• A full driving license is required.
• You will be provided with parking.
• Previous work experience is not essential but is preferred.
• High level of both written and spoken English.

Your normal working hours are Monday - Friday 09:30AM - 17:00PM. You are required to work two Saturdays a month between the hours of 12:00PM and 15:00PM

Job Type: Full-time

Salary: £20,000.00-£30,000.00 per year

Schedule:

• 8 hour shift
• Monday to Friday
• Weekend availability

Supplemental pay types:

• Commission pay

Ability to commute/relocate:

• Harrogate, HG1 2TG: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (required)

Education:

• GCSE or equivalent (preferred)

Licence/Certification:

• Driving Licence (required)
