Wood Machinist

Role Overview & Responsibilities

We are looking for an experienced and highly motivated team member who has had previous experience in a similar role (at least 3 years). Working in a fast-paced environment to machine out wooden components from premade patterns

The ideal candidate will have a proficient knowledge of commonly used wood working machinery

Bandsaw, Borers, Sanding, Ripsaw, Table saw, Crosscut saw and air tools.

Duties and responsibilities will include:

An eye for accuracy and the ability to produce good quality work.

Use your own initiative.

Ensuring all components are finished to a high standard.

Friendly and professional.

A highly motivated and a team player but also able to work on own.

Job Type: Full-time

Salary: £10.50-£13.00 per hour

• 10 hour shift
• 8 hour shift
• Monday to Friday

Supplemental pay types:

• BRADFORD: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (required)

Experience:

• Wood Machinist: 1 year (preferred)
