EXPERIENCED HEAD CHEF - £40k Plus Bonuses

Our Family Run Business in the heart of Maidstone Town Centre is recruiting an experienced Head Chef to join our busy team, across multiple kitchens.

The desired applicant must have a minimum of 5 years (more is preferable) at Head Chef level in a similar position and will be responsible for teaching and leading our team of chefs as well as moving our food to the next stage and development. We have a very exciting future here at Mu Mu, with lots more to give and explore.

Must have Levels 2&3 Food Qualifications, EHO Knowledge and the ability to maintain our 5 Star Food Rating.

Salary: £40,000.00 per year

Schedule:

• 12 hour shift
• Day shift
• Every weekend
• Flexitime
• Monday to Friday
• Night shift
• Overtime

Supplemental pay types:

• Yearly bonus

Ability to commute/relocate:

• Maidstone: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (required)

Experience:

• Chef: 5 years (required)
