Role Overview & Responsibilities

My Property Host/Zeni is one of the fastest-growing hospitality brands, and we are looking to realise our growth ambitions across the UK, and require Site Managers/Community Managers to manage our buildings during Summer 2023.

• Guest and Operations call-handling (inbound and outbound)
• Management of guest communications
• Processing deposits, payments
• Complete amendments to existing bookings
• Communication with Operations to resolve guest complaints at-pace

the position to starting in Mid June and lasting until Mid September.

you will be working shift between 9am and 10pm including weekend work.

this is a fully remote position you will nee to use your own laptop for this role

compensation

£2,000 per month during the contract
