Salary: up to £36k DOE


Greater Manchester – hybrid working


Due to company growth we are looking for an additional PA to support five members of our Executive team. We have a supportive culture, our organisation is ambitious and with fresh investment, there has never been a better time to join.


The Role

The successful candidate will have experience of supporting Executive colleagues and be able to manage senior stakeholders confidently. Key skills are; the ability to use initiative, organisation skills, problem solving and prioritising workload.

Ideally, this person will be based in Greater Manchester area, the Support Centre is in Bolton and hybrid working is available.

The role includes:
  • Extensive Diary management and Outlook support
  • Expenses and company credit card administration
  • Proactively liaising with stakeholders across the business to advise of deadlines for reports, actions, meetings and submissions
  • Obtaining and collating materials ahead of meetings
  • Coordinating and implementing meeting arrangements, including booking travel and accommodation where required
  • Preparing and collating reports, taking and distributing minutes and preparing presentations
