Full Time Live Out Nanny

Role Overview & Responsibilities

A lovely and warm family in St John’s Wood, who are first-time parents, are looking for a dedicated nanny to join them on their journey! Both parents will be working outside of the home so this will be a full-time sole charge role. Their little girl is 4 months old and is rapidly reaching developmental milestones, so support and advice for this new stage is desirable. They want to ensure that their baby is being provided with the best opportunities for growth – stimulating activities, introduction to solid foods, and so on.

A typical day would be an 8:45am start, morning bottle feed, change/dress the baby, play at home – a lot of direct communication to help with language, encouraging physical development through tummy time/rolling over and holding toys in close proximity allowing her to reach out to grab (hand-eye coordination), DIY sensory activities – foil blanket, treasure basket, colourful water bags, glitter shakers, nap time, prepare purees and do baby’s laundry, take the baby to the park or a class for the afternoon, return home, ready for a 6pm finish.

Hours: Monday-Friday, 8:45am-6pm

Start date: End of June-Early July

Salary: £45,000-£48,000 per year gross

Ability to commute/relocate:

• St Johns Wood, Greater London: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (required)

Experience:

• Nannying: 3 years (preferred)
• childcare: 1 year (preferred)
