Role Overview & Responsibilities

Maintenance Helpdesk Administrator

Contract: Part-Time/Permanent

Hours - 20hrs per week

8hrs- Thursday &Friday & 4hrs- Wednesday

Salary: £11,175 per annum

We have an exciting new opportunity to join the Maintenance Team in Derby to contribute to the delivery of efficient and effective repairs and maintenance service across Nacro owned, leased and managed property portfolio in line with agreed standards, statutory requirements and key performance indicators.

Who are we looking for?

We are looking for a motivated individual preferably with previous knowledge of property maintenance

You will be a great communicator by phone and email, with excellent time-management skills. someone with good mathematics standard, good computer skills and Knowledge of excel and word.

You will have previous experience as an administrator, preferably within property-related services, working in maintenance and knowledge of property repairs would be an advantage

Duties and responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

  • Raise repair requests from Nacro staff and order the work to be carried out by either approved contractors or partner agencies as appropriate.
  • Monitor progress in the completion of repair and maintenance work and liaise with contractors and partner agencies to minimise any delays
  • Establish and maintain administrative systems and processes to facilitate the effective implementation of repair and maintenance programmes.
  • Liaise effectively with CAS2 staff and contractors
