Role Overview & Responsibilities

We have an exciting opportunity for a conscientious and ambitious marketing assistant at our growing company, Naked Kitchens.

We manufacture beautiful, bomb-proof kitchens that are built for life. We have just relaunched our website, and are expanding into London from our base in Norfolk, so this is an exciting stage of the Naked Kitchens story, as we gear up for the next stage of growth.

You'll have the opportunity to work with some of the best agencies in the country, across disciplines including content, social media, PPC and PR.

You'll be given responsibility for the execution and management of a wide range of tasks and projects and will be encouraged to take the initiative and use your judgement to get the job done. This role will be fast-paced, but fun, so being adaptable, organised and a problem-solver will be essential.

This is a full time position, based in our London offices in Bloomsbury (WC1A 2 postcode) with office hours 09:00 to 17:30 Monday to Friday. You will be required to travel semi-regularly to our manufacturing facility in Norfolk

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement a comprehensive social media strategy that aligns with company goals and target audience
• Create engaging and visually appealing content, including images, videos, and written content for social media channels, websites, and other digital platforms
• Manage social media accounts, including posting, scheduling, and analysing performance to optimize growth and engagement
• Collaborate with other team members and departments to develop cross-channel campaigns and marketing initiatives
• Stay up-to-date with social media trends and best practices to ensure our content remains relevant and effective
• Monitor and report on social media performance, providing insights and recommendations for improvement

Essential Requirements:

• Demonstrable experience in social media management and content creation
• Strong understanding of social media platforms, trends, and best practices
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Creative and strategic thinking with a strong attention to detail
• Ability to prioritise workload and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
• Dynamic, eager to learn, and able to work as part of an energetic and outgoing team
• Experience with content management systems and social media scheduling tools
• Exceptional standard of written and verbal English

Salary: £23,000.00-£28,000.00 per year
