Role Overview & Responsibilities

Role:Data Entry/Accounts Admin – Office based role.

Location: Aldridge WS9 0LS

We aim to be one of the UK’s leading Car Supermarket. We are a Dealership with a difference.

What does the role involve?

• Working within the Central Finance Team you will be responsible for scanning, registering and verification of invoices.
• Managing relationships with suppliers, ensuring all statements are reconciled monthly.
• Raising payments and any month-end duties as required.
• However, with this being a busy and varying role where no 2 days are the same there may be other ad hoc tasks as required.

What skills or experience do you need to join the team?

• You will need to be confident in using Auto Gold and XERO.
• Excellent knowledge of Excel and Google Sheets.
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Excellent numeracy skills are essential.
• Ideally, you will have experience in a finance role in a high volume environment.
• Experience in the automotive or car retail industry would be ideal but this is not essential.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Salary: £8.04-£11.58 per hour
