Role Overview & Responsibilities

What we are looking for:

We are looking for an enthusiastic, organised individual to join our Customer Service Team . Previous customer service experience is required. Hours to be worked Monday to Friday 8.30 -5pm with an hour for lunch. Immediate start. We are an equal opportunities employer and we welcome applications from all suitably qualified persons. Main duties

• Receiving incoming calls and emails from customers/ our distributors regarding orders placed
• Processing orders using an in house system
• Maintaining excellent standards of customer service
• Performing general administrative tasks

Ideal candidate

• Must have previous experience in a customer service-based role
• Able to work at a fast pace, but also maintain a high standard of quality
• Have excellent written & verbal communication and customer service skills

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Salary: From £21,255.00 per year
