Starting salary: £28,403 rising to £32,088 per annum through annual increments being paid each year. (Pro rata for part time applicants).

Job description

You will provide administrative and business process support in the Projects and Programme Delivery team. This will support project teams to deliver capital engineering construction projects across Wales. Tasks will include financial administration (use of MyNRW / Agresso software, raising purchase orders, processing invoices) and document production and management (project manager support, meeting minutes, use of DMS and Asite).

Knowledge and experience of the following:

Previous experience in an Administration type role.

The ability to work unsupervised. Self-motivation and intuition.

Ability to communicate effectively internally and with external stakeholders.

Strong ability to analyse and interpret information is essential.

Ability to use data, information and knowledge confidently and present data using Microsoft systems.
