Role Overview & Responsibilities

Neve Fleetwood supply the freshest fish each day to many of the top chefs in the region. We predominantly supply fish and seafood to the North West of England.

This role includes:

· Working packing machines

· Packing products in line with business and customer specifications

· Stacking pallets as per guidelines

· Wrapping pallets ready for shipment

· Reducing waste through quality checking and reducing packing errors

· Following food hygiene and health and safety policies

· Assisting the Factory Management as required

Required skills:

· Previous warehouse experience would be advantageous, preferably in fresh produce / chilled environment

· Good time management, punctual and reliable

· Accurate, with good organisational skills.

· Able to deliver exceptional service to customer

· Demonstrates drive and positive approach to work

· Team player

· Flexible approach

· Willingness to learn

. Preferably some knife cutting skills to assist with opening/cutting product for Filleters

· Able to work well independently, enthusiastic and self-motivated

Job Type: Full-time

Salary: From £10.42 per hour
