What we look for in a Deputy Manager

We are looking for a motivated & experienced Deputy Manager to join our stylish entertainment centre. We offer a first of its kind immersive bowling experience (SPARK Bowling), VR Darts boards, Soft Play area, Virtual reality rooms, an American themed sports bar, Street food restaurant from Lil Mo’s and much more

As the successful Deputy Manager you will have a genuine passion for exceptional customer service and a pro-active approach to team management. You will be enthusiastic & driven to continue the success of our venue and play a pivotal part in training our team to ensure they have the knowledge needed to delight our customers. You will also be someone who is committed to their career in the entertainment industry and we can offer ongoing development to support you as you grow and succeed with us.

• Day to day management of the venue, in absence of the general manager
• Management of the junior managers (duty managers)
• Over see the restaurant and bar managers
• Ensure all health and safety is compliant
• Ensure guests leave with a smile on their faces
• Recruitment of general staff members
• Strong book keeping skills

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time, Temp to perm
Part-time hours: 35/40 per week

Salary: £10.50-£12.50 per hour

Ability to commute/relocate:

• Llanelli: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (required)

Education:

• GCSE or equivalent (preferred)
