Role Overview & Responsibilities

We are looking for an positive, highly motivated professionals with strong customer service skills. The successful candidate will be responsible for handling customer enquiries, including claims and customer service issues. We are looking for candidates with a strong work ethic who are willing to work hard and prioritize achieving goals.

Responsibilities:

• Provide timely, accurate responses to customer enquiries.
• Answer customer questions on the phone, via email, or in person.
• Manage inbound email, phone calls, and in-person customers.
• Gather customer information.
• Handle customer complaints.
• Be polite and professional at all times.
• Demonstrate an ability to conduct proper phone etiquette.
• Meet sales goals.
• Manage time well.
• Take initiative.

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time
Part-time hours: 25-50 per week
