Role Overview & Responsibilities

Newport Electrical Contractors Ltd - We specialise in all things electric. We can install new light fittings, CCTV and alarms. We also offer complete electrical rewires and general electric services to all domestic and commercial customers throughout Newport.

We are a vibrant team looking for an account manager to join! We are looking for someone with great communication skills and ready to liaise with our clients by providing excellent customer service. No experience is needed except your dedication and commitment to to understand and cater to our customers needs.

If you're interested in working on exciting new projects, look no further. Our firm is seeking an Account Manager to work with a variety of clients and boost our company's presence in key industries.

Responsibilities:

• Manage multiple accounts
• Develop positive and manage working relationships with all clients
• Drive client retention, renewals, up-sell and client satisfaction.
• Partner with internal teams to understand client expectations and key performance
• Provide regular updates on account performance and update the internal management team
• Ensure that customer requirements are met.
• Manage day-to-day-operations of the department.

Who we're looking for?

• ZERO EXPERIENCE REQUIRED!! - We offer 4 week paid training.
• Dynamic personality able to effectively engage
• A focus on relationships, able to gain trust through communication, expectation setting and completion of planned deliverables.
• Ability to prioritise multiple responsibilities
• Passionate and always thinking of ways to improve/grow assigned clients
• Basic knowledge on how to use, IT Skills, Microsoft Office, Excel etc.
• Demonstrated ability to work independently and remain motivated

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Salary: £32,000.00-£35,000.00 per year
