Role Overview & Responsibilities

We're excited to offer an opportunity within a creative, innovative and passionate team located in the heart of Bedford Place. We believe in equal opportunities and training all our staff across both front-of-house and bar areas of the venue, and our team is only as fun as the team members that make it so!

Responsibilities will include but are not limited to:

• Serving bar food and alcoholic beverages including wine, beer and custom cocktails.
• Familiarise yourself with our menus, and any new or special menus that may be on offer in the future.
• Maintain a clean and organised bar area by attending to open & closing, daily & weekly checklists to ensure the venue is at operational standards at all times.
• Bringing your own personality and flare to an already lively atmosphere
• Hosting private events across the venue.

An ideal candidate would:

• Have at least a year of experience behind a bar with cocktails.
• Maintain composure during busy shifts.
• Have the expected traits such as: personal hygiene, punctuality and discipline.
• Ambitious to learn and improve skills that will further their prospective careers in their future.

Job Types: Part-time, Permanent, Zero hours contract
Part-time hours: 10-15 per week

Salary: £9.50-£10.48 per hour

• Bartending: 1 year (preferred)
• Hospitality: 1 year (preferred)
• Customer Service: 1 year (preferred)
