Role Overview & Responsibilities
Next Level Security Services are seeking a number of Store Detective for a major retailer to travel the Glasgow area. The shift patterns require flexible working hours which will include a mixture of Days, Weekends and Public/Bank Holidays.
Next Level Security Services are ERS Silver Award holders of the Armed Forces Covenant and will prioritise Ex Forces.
Store Detective Requirements:
- Must have previous loss prevention and/or retail security experience
- Must hold a valid Frontline Security Guarding, Door Supervision or Close Protection SIA license
- Must have personal vehicle and ability to travel.
- Clear communication both written and verbal
- Punctuality and ability to think on your feet
- Reliability with excellent time-management skills
- Security systems knowledge
- Must be able to work with a store team or independently
- Ability to provide a fully comprehensive 5 year work/education history
As a Store Detective, you will:
- Prevent, detect and investigate theft and / or malpractice
- Complete stock loss and civil recovery documentation
- Undertake covert patrols and inspections in accordance with Assignment Instructions, Standard Operating Procedures and Premises Security protocols
- Ensure all H&S policies are adhered to
- In addition to these functions employees are required to undertake such other duties as may be reasonably required

Salary: From Β£10.50 per hour
